SGRWA held a Public Meeting for Repair & Painting work of Building and explained the homework, scope of work, initial budgeting, collection mechanism etc and answered members’s question. Everyone appraised and consented the work in right directions.
To achieve the goal “Take Over of Monthly Maintenance Payment Collection by RWAâ€, Team SGRWA and many volunteer residents have worked hard for the execution of the two step process i.e Door to Door Payment collection for Nov and awareness campaign conducted from 1 Nov to 20th Nov and then having our own Database, Billing & Payment management software. After the sleepless days / nights effort, SGRWA team has successfully done that and the well formatted bill of December at your doorstep is the outcome.
SGRWA has got its own Billing & Payment Management software developed from a professional IT Firm and on this final day of launching the software and generation of December bills, Implementation Team headed by Mr. Mohit Pant worked hard to prepare the bills of December.
Sunrise Greens Residents celebrated New Year eve – Dec 31st, 2011 with full of energy & enthusiasm. Our cultural committee of Residents Welfare Association held various events & activities starting from 6 PM till midnight.
Mr Goutam De, President-SGRWA and Mr Mohit Pant, Gen. Sec – SGRWA welcomed everyone to the event and conveyed their best wishes to everyone and their families.
The event started with Rajasthani Flok Dance and Fire Act by professional performers. We then had lots of amazing dance, singing, acting performances by kids with group and solo performances. Kids have enjoyed various swing rides, residents have enjoyed the all events with delicious Veg & Non-Veg snacks from various stalls organized by famous caterers.
Everyone enjoyed the togetherness of their family members as well as fellow-residents. At last Party ended with a blast of music, DJ & dance and fabulous fireworks at the tick of midnight hour with enchanting of WELCOME 2012.
